Long ago, there was a boy named Arthur. He was the son of the king of England. His father wanted him to become the next king but some bad man wanted him dead so that he could get the throne. So, The King ordered Marlin, a sorcerous, to take Arthur to Sir Ector, The King&rsquo;s best friend. Ector gladly brings up Arthur.

One day The King died and England needed a new king. Then, the people started asking &ldquo;where is The King&rsquo;s son?&rdquo;, but no one know where Arthur was. The nobles fought against each other about who the next king would be and it created a lot of trouble. The people become poor and hungry.

Merlin was worried about England. He made a magic sword and put it into a stone. He told the nobles, &ldquo;The man who can pull the sword from the stone will become the king of England&rdquo;. All the nobles wanted to become king and one by one they tried pulling out the sword. They tried and tried, but no one was able to do it.

After sometimes, everyone forgot about the sword and the nobles resumed their fights. England was not a a good place to live and people were suffering because they live without a king. No one was happy about it.

Meanwhile Merlin watched Arthur grow. He was not strong but he was kind, wise and good to people. Merlin told Arthur about the sword and his father. Upon hearing the truth, Arthur went to pick up the sword. A lot of strong men had tried but they failed. So, when they saw Arthur they all laughed at him but then they stopped as soon as Arthur managed to pull out the sword from the stone. He became the king of England. He was wise and and kind and England became a happy kingdom again.

Why The Bear Has a Stumpy Tail

One &nbsp;winter&rsquo;s day the bear met the fox who came slinking along with a string of fish he had stolen. He was curious. &ldquo;How could a wolf get so much fish?&rdquo; he wondered. The bear loved fish too so he wanted to know the fox did it in hope he could get some for him as well.

&ldquo;Hi! stop a minute! Where did you get those from?&rdquo; demanded the bear.&ldquo;Oh, my Lord Bruin, I&rsquo;ve been out fishing and caught them,&rdquo; said the fox.So the bear had a mind to learn to fish, too, and bade the fox tell him how he was to set about it.

&ldquo;Oh, it is quite easy,&rdquo; answered the fox, &ldquo;and soon learned. You&rsquo;ve only got to go upon the ice, and cut a hole and stick your tail down through it, and hold it there as long as you can. You&rsquo;re not to mind if it smarts a little; that&rsquo;s when the fish bite. The longer you hold it there, the more fish you&rsquo;ll get; and then all at once out with it, with a cross pull sideways and a strong pull, too.&rdquo;

Well, the bear did as the fox said, and though he felt very cold and his tail smarted very much, he kept it a long, long time down in the hole, till at last it was frozen in, though of course he did not know that. Then he pulled it out with a strong pull, and it snapped short off, and that&rsquo;s why Bruin goes about with a stumpy tail to this day!

Once upon a time, in a land far away stood a secret village of the fairies, called the Pixie Hollow. It was a special day in Pixie Hollow when all the fairies would gather to welcome a newly born fairy and with a sprinkle of Pixie dust, Tinkerbell was born. &ldquo;Born of laughter clothed in cheers, happiness has brought you here&rdquo; said the Queen of fairies, Queen Clarion.The fairies tried to help Tinkerbell to find her talent. They gave her flowers, water and light but all that she touches disappear but one, a hammer. The hammer glowed and flewed right to her. She had found her talent. She was a tinker fairy.

All the tinker fairies came to greet her. She was happy but at the same time she felt disappointed because thinker is not as fancy as the other fairies. Tinkerbell grew jealous of the other kinds of fairies because&nbsp;&nbsp;they could go to the mainland to change the seasons while tinker fairies could not. The Queen said &ldquo;Tinker fairy works is here&rdquo;. Although tinker fairies didn&rsquo;t get to the mainland, they still had a great important role too but Thinkbell couldn&rsquo;t accept that and she was still sad and wished she was never a tinker fairy but then, Tinkerbell then had a crazy idea how to change her fate around.

Tinkerbell went to see some of her friends, Silvermist, Iridessa and Fawn. &ldquo;Help me learn your talent so that I could go to the mainland too!&rdquo; asked Tinkerbell to her friends. Not wanting to discourage and upset her, all of them agreed to help. Silvermist was the first to try. She taught Tinkerbell how to be a water fairy but she wasn&rsquo;t good at it. Then, Iridessa taught her how to be a light fairy but Tinkerbell was not good with light either. Next, Tinkerbell turned to Fawn hoping that she could teach her how to be an animal fairy. Fawn asked her to teach a frightened baby bird how to fly but the baby birds refused. Tinkerbell than saw an hawk up in the sky and thought &ldquo;maybe, that guy can help&rdquo;. So, she went straight up to the sky. Little did Tinkerbell know, hawk prey on smaller animals, including fairies.

Her friends tried to warn her but it was too late. The hawk saw her and went into a killer mode. Tink jumped into a hole to hide but it was Vidia&rsquo;s hiding spot. Now, the hawk was after Vidia too.

The other fairies gathered and attacked the hawk with berries until it finally flew away.Tinkerbell was safe and so did Vidia but she was mad at think because not only the hawk got hit, she did too. Vidia was covered in berry juice and all her friends laughed at her because she looked ridiculous. She gets even more furious at Tinkerbell not only for putting her life in danger but also for humiliating her.
